​Vincent Grassi, PE, BCxP

Vincent Grassi is a registered professional engineer in Maine and Virginia, as well as an ASHRAE certified Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP).  Vincent's experience includes design and commissioning of various building types including educational, office, retail, government, military, residential, and industrial.  He has led MEP engineering teams to deliver high performance building designs for "green" building programs such as LEED, Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS), and the Living Building Challenge.  

Vincent has a passion for maximizing building efficiency, ease of use and sustainability, and ensuring occupant health and comfort.
